  • In Fiscal Year 2022, we launched our global Gender Equity Program and committed to accelerating gender diversity across our organization. We want to increase the share of women in business functions to more accurately reflect their share in local talent pools. On top of that, our goal is to align the share of women that are promoted to management with the gender balance we see in non-managerial positions. In this episode, Natalia Oropeza is joined by two of the country CEOs who are driving the Gender Equity Program around the world. Doris Birkhofer, CEO of Siemens France, and Alejandro Preinfalk, CEO of Siemens Mexico, are here to tell us about the measures they are implementing in their countries, the progress they see and the challenges they are tackling.
