Too much petty drama this season in our opinion, but we can’t wait for the finale! 


    Our guest this week is Erin of @erinliveswhole!! Erin is a well known Philly food blogger and we had such a fun conversation about how she got started and her best meal prep tips! She also talks about her journey to recovering from an Eating Disorder. We also discuss normalizing medication and managing anxiety.
