Donnie Floyd has one of the most amazing jobs in the world. He serves as the Chaplain for Hendrick Motorsports where he serves the hundreds of employees on the HMS team by caring for their spiritual and emotional needs. From baptizing people in the pond out front of the complex to walking with employees through tragedys and giving convocations before NASCAR races all around the country, Donnie shares his love for Jesus and people in the context of the racing world. Today he joins me to share his story, and how corporate chaplaincy makes a difference in the work world.
Have you ever wondered how to have a bigger impact in your workplace? Have you wanted to know how to use your faith to make a practical difference? Donnie's story will give you a more hope-filled perspective.
