    For the first episode of The Big D(EI), we’re joined by Asma Khan, author, activist and founder of Darjeeling Express, Bash Redford, owner of Forza Win, and Alexina Anatole, 2021 Masterchef winner and author.


    Together, they dissect the disparities at a range of levels across the Hospitality industry, looking at problems that those in the highest positions have faced, how they have overcome them, and how they are individually disrupting the industry for the better.
