A Filipinx born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, community organizer, psychotherapist focused on decolonizing mental health work, committed to lifelong learning. She is also a multi-disciplinary wellness coach, certified yoga instructor, and Reiki Master. She is these things and more.

    Melisa practices mindfulness as a way of life, understanding that being fully present can truly be empowering, liberating, and can be accessed by all. She aspires to support others on their unique journeys by increasing underserved and marginalized communities’ accessibility to alternative healing modalities.
