Darcel Disappoints

By: Benjamin White
  • Summary

  • 'Darcel Disappoints’ is a collection of conversations with host Benjamin White and Craig Redman, the creator of the lovable (if a little dour) character Darcel.

Redman created Darcel in 2008 after moving to New York and has documented life in the Big Apple, with Darcel as the protagonist of the illustrated observations, ever since. He has captured the hearts of everyone who knows what it’s like to endure the daily grind of living in a city - from boozy nights out to living in tiny apartments to love and loneliness and everything in between.

Now, Darcel’s funny and relatable storytelling is coming to audio – as Craig recounts what it has been like to commentate on life through a self-illustrated character.
