Crossroads Part 4: How Your Beliefs Drive Change with Jen Vermillion

  • Summary

  • How do your beliefs drive change? How can they keep you stuck? This week I speak with my friend and former coaching client, Jen Vermillion of Made To Create. In this conversation, she shares insights from her coaching journey. Including how her beliefs shifted during our time as well as the way she helps her clients latch onto true beliefs instead of false beliefs. We also discuss the myth of "balance", especially for women, along with the difference between technical thinking and human thinking when going after the life you're made for.

For those of you being coached, wanting to become a coach or considering coaching, this is a good episode for you!

Jennifer Vermillion is the founder and host of the Made to Create Podcast, which serves to debunk the myths of creativity so that everyone can live their most creative life. Jen has not always believed she was a very creative person. But coming to understand that we are all made in the image of a creative God helped her realize that we all are creative in some way, shape, or form. Jen is a wife and mother of three kids in San Diego, CA. When she is not wrangling kids, working full time, or podcasting you can find her baking sourdough and trying to keep her plants alive.
