  • Before he was the Chief of Police, Steve Ignacio spent several years as an investigator with the Guam Police Department's Criminal Investigation Section. He recalls the afternoon he received a phone call to respond to a neighborhood in Yigo to assist with the search for a 4-year-old girl named D'anna Olley. For several hours police scoured the Marianas Terrace neighborhood until they made a shocking discovery.
