    Costco and LNK International Inc. are recalling Kirkland Signature Severe Cold & Flu Plus Congestion, Lot Number P140082. This product has unspecified foreign bodies contaminating it.


    About 25,000 units of this cold medicine were sold nationwide at Costco locations including Massachusetts, New York, California, Florida, Texas, and other states, between October 30, 2024, and November 30, 2024.
