  • Dangers And Reasons for Neurodivergent Disembodiment // Part 1
    Apr 19 2025

The problem of disembodiment is wildly complex and this video is bare scratching the surface. But it is one of the foundational ones.

My own experience with healing from chronic state of disassociation and derealisation taught me plenty about how much we need our bodies for healthy and wellbeing. For three decades it was driving me to numerous chronic conditions in the past.

10 years ago—long before I even knew I was autistic, I began my journey to unmasking, reclaiming my body and bringing myself closer to living from inside out.

I now know that this experience will be relevant for many because I understood the underlying patterns long before knowing about autism or ADHD. But now all is coming together.

If you want to know more and learn the ways that helped me reclaim the stability and a healthy life continue watching and tune into my free living book:

  • Sensitive Jerks and Toxic Behaviours of "Like-minded" People
    Mar 21 2025

Today I'm disrupting the naiveté of many HSPs and Empaths. The goal is to disillusion you about the idea that sensitive folks as generally "good" by default. The problem is that HSPs can easily fall into their romantic ideas or spiritual communities, soul connections, and all that jazz, because it feels good to believe that. They might ignore the facts and their sense of the situation. However, jerks, manipulators, and other toxic people wear all kinds of mask. They can also speak softly spiritual words and burn the candle. Under all that, might be a total jerk or even a toxic individual. In fact we can also be jerks at times, so no need to pretend to be something better than we are. Places that are attractive for sensitive people are also places where you're likely to drop your cautiousness out the window which is a dangerous route, and potentially ridden with gaslighting, control, and abuse.

  • HSP Healing Trauma as Public Service
    Mar 5 2025

Naturally relational sensitive people take in a lot during their lifetime. Many had adverse childhood, and even if it was not a trauma with a capital T, it affected them in such way.

Being different means being often rejected, and the inner work that HSP do as they start healing their trauma, in my view, extends far beyond individual benefits. A symbol of a black sheep and sacrificial lamb are good metaphors to understand the burden they are unwillingly taking to do this deep healing.

  • My Book About Sensitivity. Announcement
    Jan 23 2025

I’ve been writing a book about energetics and the true nature of sensitivity for the last couple of years.

This is where I'm sharing all my discoveries and connections that been coalescing in my mind for a long time. The topics and stories in it address many pressing questions that most sensitive people grapple with.

Some of these are: Why am I so misunderstood?

    How come I’m so lonely?

    Why am I so different?

How can I feel valuable and loved as I am?

Why can’t I fit into this world?

    Where do I belong?

How can I use sensitivity to benefit my life and make it better?

    Why am I overthinking everything?

How can I protect my energy?

Is sensitivity a curse, or can it be a gift?

...and many more. I’ve been wanting to self-publish it as a "normal" book.

But the thing is, I had to do it my way 😉

So, I’m publishing the book online, bit by bit. It's called The Nature of Sensitivity.

  • HSP and Over-Regulation
    Jan 9 2025

Many people today know about emotional dysregulation. Finding ways to regulate our internal states has been a hot topic for years now. It's surprising how few talk about over regulation and it's damaging effects on health and wellbeing.

Specifically relevant to sensitive people, constant control of their behaviour may seem like a superior trait, making them seem all calm and composed, but under all that is a storm being stifled.
