Med lukkede aktivitetstilbud blev socialrådgiver Britta Svinth med ét den eneste kontakt for mange udsatte borgere, som hun kun kunne støtte online eller med 2 meters afstand. Bekymringen for borgernes mentale helbred har fyldt meget og sendt Britta Svinth på overarbejde det sidste år. De svære samtaler over telefonen satte naturligt tanker i gang om, hvorvidt hun udførte sit job godt nok? Fra sin stue stod hun alene med sine borgere. Og hvem sparrer man så med, når frustrationsniveauet stiger hos borgere og pårørende?
