Holly speaks to Eleazar, who was tricked into buying £400 of gift vouchers, and CEO of Advice NI, Bob Stronge, who the scammers impersonated. After discovering the scam, Advice NI reimbursed Eleazar but then were caught between the retailer & the voucher brand trying to get their money back.
