Moreover, in order to assist in the process from conceptual to embodied experience… which is the ‘feminine way’, I will include a few minutes of an embodied somatic feminine practice-- whether its with sounding & your voice-- our womb mysteries, guided journey, drumming... or just breath... at the end of each episode, so you can have a felt sense of the subject matter we are discussing.
