    The long awaited return... Kev comes back to the gym. He seems quite excited so hopefully he follows through. Liam has some exciting news that Kevin tells in the very first second. This episode reveals alot and liam and kev have a good time calling eachother out on every day life and liam has a real go at kev returning to the gym. They have a great time with their new favourite section to the pod... Under the bus, as always theres an Aine call out and we dont hold back as the episode goes on.     Today's episode we've had to catch up on the last 2 weeks as both Liam and Kevin have either been injured or sick. Listen along as the two guys mention their friend about doing sea swims and some of the basic benefits they've noticed from doing the swims too. Liam chats about whats happening with his work life and announces that hes back doin in Person Personal Training. He also makes kevin promise to getting back to the gym and start with a basic training plan, hoping that easing his lazy ass back to it that he'll actually stick with the plan this time. The boys mention their headspace since theres been some ups and downs over the last couple of weeks and how they feel about getting back to life properly in the coming weeks also. Lastly, to what they normally say is their most fun section of the epidoes was quite short today but they still got it in... The 'Under the Bis' section. is quick thuis week as the 2 guys have been bed or house ridden the last while... But as alsways, listen and laugh along to the guys weird and wonderful minds as the episode unfolds into is normal level of chaos.

Folks, this is the episode that Liam and Kevin really show their emotional sides by having a little cry while being greatful for having eachother as mates. Now its just a little cry and nothing proper now so don't get any ideas of us. Liam takes us through his shit week and then Kevin takes over from there too and they somehow have a great laugh even through the shitness.
