Travis is a Consultant Organisational, Counselling, Exercise and Sport and Coaching Psychologist as well as Adjunct Professor in the School of Business at the University of South Australia.

He was a member of the original Faculty of the world’s first university-based Coaching Psychology program at the University of Sydney, co-author (with Tony Grant and Michael Cavanagh) of the world’s first evidence based coaching psychology text, a foundation committee member of the world’s first coaching psychology interest group within the Australian Psychological Society and a contributor to the world’s first set of Workplace Coaching Standards for Standards Australia.

Patrick is the Director of Learning with Linklaters LLP, the 2023 recipient of Legal Cheek’s Award for Best Training in a Law Firm. Before that, Patrick worked in four other prestigious law firms having graduated in Law King’s College London. He is also Chair of the City of London Law Society Training Committee and co-founder of multi-award-winning City Century, a more-than-50-firm collaboration annually recruiting ca 150 solicitor apprentices into London. Patrick founded the Society’s Social Welfare Solicitor Qualification Fund for which he raised over £1m which will support over 100 early lawyers.
