  • Today's sermon touches on who I am and why I planted this church. When I listen to the voice that I wake up to in the middle of the night, I hear my purpose is to be a faceless pastor. It is not about me; it is all about Jesus. I have no desire to be known. I have no desire to wear cool looking clothing and boots with perfect hair or make myself known as a pop star is popular. My only purpose is to bring you the Word of God with his Gospels. It is just that simple. I do not want money or approval. I want you to love Jesus, not me. I am sensitive and emotional. I glorify God then struggle with understanding and realigning my sin. I am not a perfect human, but in God's eyes, his Word tells me I am perfect to Him because He made me this way. Please give this church a chance. It is not about me. It is not mine. It is ours together. I pray you grow with me as a person and as a pastor. Let's take this journey together. In his name, I pray.
