  • People underestimate the depressing feelings one experiences with all the sudden changes we experience here. The uncertainty, it's all too much and if you are like me that doesn't take kindly to change, you will definitely have a hard time. Here I talk about these emotional difficulties, although I struggled to fully articulate my feelings I did my best.Its really tough to just be bare,for fear of judgment because such changes aren't supposed to be a big deal,they are somewhat dismissed and depression,sadness as well as feelings of loss aren't attributed to these changes, if anything we blame other factors because this are said to be minor and somewhat expected so one shouldn't be so affected, after all departure is inevitable here.....I can tell you this much,don't invalidate your experience, you pain....no matter what, own it so you can find healing and meaning. If you have had your friends leave recently ❤️ 😍 💖 Love and Light.
