Welcome to the Season 2 finale of the "Let's Talk About Sex...Trafficking" Podcast where you will learn how to spot, report, and prevent trafficking. Every week you will hear our guests share real facts, real stories, and real ways you can help eradicate trafficking in the United States by 2030. This week Safe House Project co-founders, Brittany Dunn& Kristi Wells, are joined by Lisa Lombardozzi.
Lisa Lombardozzi is a wife, mother, professional and child abuse Thriver. Despite being abused from infancy to nearly 19, she refused to allow her childhood trauma to become her life-long identity, and now uses her abuse experiences to reach other survivors with a message of hope and healing. Lisa has spoken to groups large and small to bring awareness and education on identifying and preventing sexual abuse. In 2017 she met with Senators and Delegates at the Virginia General Assembly to communicate the need for better personal protection education to be taught from pre-school through high school and intends to continue to work with lawmakers on these tough issues. She has served on the board of multiple child and military related non-profits and enjoys volunteering.
Professionally, Lisa serves as Practice Administrator for three Virginia Beach Chiropractic offices and frequently speaks on team development and practice management for a variety of chiropractic groups and associations.
------ Safe House Project's vision is to see communities across America unite to end domestic sex trafficking and restore hope and freedom to every survivor, while building a better future through preventing the spread of child sex trafficking. When everyone engages for change, we can eradicate child sex trafficking in America by 2030.
