Cannabis is PRIMITIV w/ Calvin Johnson Jr. & Rob Sims

  • Summary

  • Former Detroit Lions Calvin Johnson Jr. and Rob Sims stopped by FOHSE headquarters to speak with Leo Wilson and Londo Masterman about how they've built the Primitiv brand over the last five years.

During episode 8, Johnson and Sims speak to implementing FOHSE fixtures in their flower room, Primitiv's company culture, and being advocates who actively work toward the de-stigmatization of cannabis among athletes.

During Cannabis is PRIMITIV, you can hear Johnson Jr. talk about his own experiences with pain: “It’s no fun dealing with pain. When you have chronic issues that you have to deal with, it limits you. It’s like banging your head against a wall to try and make it work. You know, functionally, you can’t work when you are swollen all the time.”

Also, Simms shares how cannabis drives his passion and affects his personal life: “We try to create and build things around the idea that we want the next 30 years to be as good as the last 30. I want what will make me a great husband for my wife and a great father for my kids. I think cannabis is a big piece of that and what will help take it to the next level. That’s where a lot of our passion comes from; we want to have the best quality of life.”
