    About the Guest:

Dr Patricia Frye is an independent physician consultant who sees the value of cannabis and cannabinoid medication  and the role they play in homeostasis and the management of pain and chronic disease. She is currently evaluating and managing patients who are seeking medicinal cannabis either as a primary or adjunct therapy for illnesses such as chronic pain syndromes, neurodegenerative disorders, gastrointestinal disease, seizures, autoimmune disease, insomnia, cancer, anorexia, and mood disorders. While euphoria can be a respite for patients with high levels of stress or chronic pain, many forms of cannabis are non-impairing and can be beneficial to patients who are looking for symptom relief without the “high”, dizziness, or other side effects associated with Δ9-THC.
