  • Summary

  • A few months ago I learned how to do Vedic meditation, some call it transcendental meditation. It's best practiced twice a day for 20 minutes which is a real stretch for me but I had some really profound insights so I wanted to talk to someone who teaches Vedic. She's my teacher Carly. I want to share with you something you can take into your daily practice right now.
