    Jan 27 2025

It’s very hard to make decisions about your health without the data – and that’s one of the things that today’s guest, nutritional therapist Jeni Crane, is led by. After being diagnosed with PCOS, determined to understand the “why” behind it and how she could help herself, Jeni discovered that nutrition and exercise were huge pieces of the puzzle. She then followed the path to becoming a fully qualified nutritional therapist and our conversation today covers topics like female hormones, why so many women struggle with chronic illnesses and how she used nutrition to support her PCOS, too.
