yo what's up ya'll! I'm back again trying to rediscover myself and trying to get back in tune with my passions and hobbies and turn that into something passionate that I can use to fulfill my life goals. it's very hard when it feels like there is so much pressure to achieve big at such an early age, but we must remember that we are all at a different pace in life. it's okay to feel like you don't know who you are, it can lead to creating a new identity for yourself that can lead to a happier life.  --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/caffeinecrisis/support

  • be there for yourself
    May 27 2022

hey besties, I have come to the realization that being there for yourself is very important as you are growing up and experiencing more moments alone to think what step to take next in life. As someone who wants to be available for friends and family, it may seem and feel selfish to put myself first but that does not need to be the case. If people around you truly love you and want the best for you, they will understand when you have to stay in to get through whatever you need to get through. Being overwhelmed and frustrated because plans are not resulting the way you hoped does not have to become a negative train if events. Take failures and beginnings openly to learn lessons and build patience to get to the bigger picture you have in mind, and not everyone will see that.

  • i've hit a wall
    Feb 27 2022
hey y'all, i'm back once again. i've recently hit a wall where i am reflecting on the good and the bad of my life and what i have become. i have lost my identity and have been stifled with my life purpose. with this reflecting i have realized that i have accomplished many things i wanted to accomplish as a child, but i got stuck in the cycle of buying material things that don't matter now as a 20 year old. after a trip to Seattle and turning 20 i'm having these experiences that made me realize i now have found a new purpose for life. after realizing that i got hooked on smoking weed for the wrong purpose, i took a break and noticed that it was actually making feel worse that before. so now i am trying to restart and take a new approach to life and fulfill my new purpose to life as i am going to live in my 20s. come along and lets go though the secure and insecurities of trying to figure out my life.  --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/caffeinecrisis/support

  • making tomorrow better
    Jan 19 2022

Hey y'all!! Finally back on track with a refreshed mind, and taking on the new year with new goals and a clearer mind. Hope this helps you in some sort of way to understand to take on challenges but be patient with yourself and do it for yourself. It can be difficult to set goals for the new year, so make sure to make realistic goals and if you do not get them done by a certain time or don't see the process you expect, don't take it as you're not doing enough, rather be proud and happy that you are making some progress rather than none. I love y'all!!
