Building a Youth-Led Climate Movement

  • Summary

  • In this episode of the Sustainable Ambassador podcast, we speak with climate justice advocate Mitzi Jonelle Tan about the work she is doing to build a nationwide alliance of youth organizations, individuals, and student councils to advocate for immediate global climate action.

At YACAP, Mitzi plays a crucial role in advocating for environmental justice, and through our conversation we speak about how and why the climate crisis is tangible to her, the work of building a youth movement, the role of passion in her work, and the lessons she has learned through this process that she will carry forward throughout her career.
