Overview:
According to traditional Chinese medicine, the body holds certain energies and these energies manifest in certain ways. Some of these are stresses and traumas from our lives and our environment which later on impact our physical and mental well-being. My guest emphasizes that how we interact with our internal environment is just as crucial as our external environment.
Nicole Keane is a manual therapist and integrative health practitioner. Her extensive studies in various physical therapy techniques, Chinese medicine’s 5 Element Theory, and the Polyvagal Theory allows her to evolve her clinical practice to newer heights. This has led her to become the founder of Gratitude Arts Healing where she works with the goal to facilitate and support her patients’ well-being and healing.
Join us to learn how Nicole creates the intersection between modern Western and traditional Chinese medicine, and how we can use it to help us better understand our bodies in these stressful times!
