  • Brian Barnacle is from Petaluma, California and has spent most of his life here. While he has spent all of his professional career working to make the world a better place via clean energy development, he decided to transition his efforts to include local politics. His campaign for city council took place during the pandemic, and at a time when  candidates were under extreme scrutiny. Dana interviewed Brian both during his campaign and after (spoiler alert) he won. In the follow up interview, Dana asks what, if anything, has changed since he took office, and where does a small town with big issues go from here.
