As the majority owner of JDS Video & Media Productions, Inc. and JDS Actors Studio, and the founder of the 501(c)3 nonprofit JDS Creative Academy (JDSCA), she’s dedicated to paving new pathways in the creative industry – creating real opportunities and making space for underserved communities to thrive. Her commitment to empowerment has launched over 100 careers and led to the development of two groundbreaking, state-approved programs: A Title 17 video production job-training day program for adults with developmental disabilitiesA California State Apprenticeship program that provides hands-on industry experience Through H.O.P.E. – Helping One Person Everyday – Diane is on a mission to spread the arts and inspire new creative academies across America. She is also the creator, executive producer, and co-host of Spirit of Innovation: Arts Across America, a locally broadcast and nationally streamed, first-of-its-kind magazine-style news and information series in Riverside County. A dedicated leader in her local community, Diane serves on the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce’s DEI and Women in Business committees. Recently, she completed a 10-year service as an appointed Board Member for Riverside County’s Workforce Development. Before launching her own ventures, she built an impressive Hollywood career, working on Friends, General Hospital, and Veronica’s Closet. She also built the HD control room at the former Staples Center, produced for Barbra Streisand, and worked for major networks such as ABC and Disney Channel, as well as for Universal Creative going behind the scenes of Universal Studio’s Theme Park.
