I’ve watched and experienced Lisa’s daily effort to cultivate and curate an amazing work environment for management, agents and staff from our office across the hall. In this episode, we discuss the impact of great and toxic office culture. We also chat about the role that individual agents have in protecting and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Office culture doesn’t have an associated desk fee yet its influence on your productivity and happiness is significant. So … I ask Lisa how can an agent identify if they are in the wrong spot. 

Every agent should be working in an office with positive office culture. If you already have it … awesome! If you don’t … go get it!
