  • Alex is the CEO of TruStyle with a mission to deliver exceptional service and craftmanship in the fashion jewelry industry. This is the second time that Alex has featured on the podcast (Previously on Episode 105) and this is a special podcast episode where we follow Alex’s health journey.

    We discuss Alex’s goals that, in the short term, are focused on his upcoming marriage in July. His goal to lose five pounds of fat per month and gain one pound of muscle per month. In the podcast Alex shares his aspirations to live a long life with a long health span. He has a long-term goal to have the health at 80 years old of a typical person at 60 years old.

    Alex has chosen to concentrate in the very short term on four habits and we discuss this in the podcast. He has an aim of having a calorie deficit of 500 calories/day. Alex shares that he is making good progress towards his goals and at the same time he is open to readjust if needed. We will do some follow up podcasts together on a regular basis. Alex believes this will help him to keep on track as his journey progresses.
