  • Summary

  • Blue Jay Collective was founded in 2021 to nurture the next generation of community leaders by creating meaningful opportunities for young people to draw wisdom, insights and inspiration from experienced elders, local leaders, passionate activists and talented creatives. Our project approach empowers young people to serve their community by actively listening, sharing stories and producing media that conveys messages of resilience and positive change. We are committed to sparking constructive debates and inspiring tangible actions within our community.

The Culture Cast is a podcast created by a group of creative young people from the West Midlands who have partnered with the Culture Club, a monthly art club for over 65s at the Midlands Art Centre.

Here you will find intergenerational conversations about cultural influences through the decades, finding shared experiences and always learning something new, we invite everyone to listen and ponder with us, and even better get in touch and join the conversation.
