    Armed with her grandmother's serum and surgical tools, Katherine fights back against the processed patients, violently reversing their transformations. As the facility enters "maximum preparation mode," she battles through increasingly horrific kitchen staff - their bodies permanently fused with industrial cooking equipment. In Ravenscroft's private tasting room, she discovers wall-mounted trophies of failed preparations begging to be "finished." The episode culminates in Katherine reaching Ravenscroft's inner sanctum, where she confronts the doctor's true form: a monstrous fusion of industrial kitchen equipment and surgical machinery preparing for tomorrow's dawn feast.
