Belinda Wong graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she majored in Sociology. Recognizing the broad and theoretical nature of her degree, she pursued certification from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, which has since rebranded to Chartered Governance Institute, to embark on a career as a Chartered Governance Practitioner.
In 2010, she founded Leader Corporate Services Limited (Leader). Her work in multinational corporations equipped her with a deep understanding of diverse corporate requirements and evolving corporate laws.
These dynamic changes in the legal landscape fuel her passion and drive her business forward. Since 2011, Belinda has authored technical reference books on company secretarial practice, including the “Hong Kong Company Secretary’s Practice Manual” (5th edition) and the “Hong Kong Company Secretary Checklist” (2nd edition), which have established her market credibility and reassured overseas clients of her company’s service quality.
