    Part One of the Wisdom Series where I will be guiding you on a deeper dive journey into the path and practice of yoga. My aim is to inspire some of you already on the path to take your practice further and to those just starting out, to realise that yoga is not just about movement but about the promise of a way of life and being that is beyond anything we currently imagine.

    This is part one of a three part series of teaching on the Yoga Sutras, an ancient yoga text written by Patanjali. It contains some of the most wonderful teachings about how to practice yoga and how to liberate ourselves from suffering.

    In this episode, I talk about what I call the Ground. This is the starting point and really the end point of yoga. I discuss the big picture of practice, the attitude of awakening and spiritual development that is at the heart of yoga.
