Behaviour change strategies in digital health interventions

  • Summary

  • Do behavioural change strategies work? 🤔Are health apps appropriate for people's needs? 🤷‍♀️

Today, we are joined by Alessio Bricca, Assistant Professor at the University of Southern Denmark. He is an exercise physiologist with a PhD in health sciences, committed to understanding how to help patients with chronic conditions improve their physical activity using digital technology.

We discuss whether behaviour change strategies in digital health interventions are effective. We then talk about all the apps that are available in the market for the management of chronic conditions.
