Yet, we know the implications that failing to rest has on our physical well-being. In this episode, we have a casual conversation about what it looks like to not eat the bread of idleness and to work eagerly with our hands, but also still regulate our nervous systems, lower stress, and find rest (body, soul, and spirit) amongst these busy, demanding days.
