  • Welcome back to Long Story Short! Today Vicky is chatting with Luke Murray.


    Luke is a Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist who worked for Arsenal Football Club, London Irish Rugby Club, King’s College Hospital and St. Bart’s Hospital in London. Luke was also a Strength & Conditioning intern at Chiefs Super Rugby Club & Rowing New Zealand throughout the 2014 season. Luke has a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from University of Limerick and MSc in Physiotherapy from University of Brighton in England. He has since moved back to Ireland, working as an online physiotherapist and trainer and currently studying medicine at the University of Limerick. 


    In today's episode, Vicky and Luke discuss back pain. So many of us experience back pain and don't really know the reason why, or how to treat it. Luke debunks the 'quick fix' solutions and explains what really helps you improve your back pain.
