    Nella quasi totalità dei casi, l'italiano medio reagisce male alle istituzioni che fanno bene il loro dovere: più passa il tempo, e più pare che semplicemente BBVA stia ben facendo il suo lavoro, chiudendo tutti i conti che effettuano operazioni poco chiare. In tal senso, da un lato concede il 4% di interesse sul conto, ma chiede anche molta serietà.
