-personal struggles with depression and anxiety while keeping up with everything
-organization, personalities, and perspectives of work and projects
-suggestions on how to find a better balance for different individuals

We all feel it is important to talk about and shed some light on this taboo issue in our industry.  We hope it motivates our peers to have these types of conversations to improve their mental health.
