    Dr. Steph Habif is a 20 year veteran of the behavioral sciences, leading healthcare teams on ways to design for user engagement. She recently ended a 7-year run as an executive leader at Tandem Diabetes Care, serving as Vice President of Behavioral Sciences. Prior to Tandem, Steph spent a decade as an independent consultant leading behavior design projects for companies such as Whole Foods Market, Aetna, and Amgen. When not working in industry, Steph spends her time in academia. She has held appointments at Stanford University's Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (the d.school), Columbia University in New York, and Victoria University in Australia.
