My guest on starTEDover today is Ali Kole, who shares her story of cracking open, living lighter, and bringing more beauty to the world.

Ali Kole is a sensual muse who helps women and couples ignite passionately enlivened intimacy and freedom in their lives and relationships.  During her 20+years as a beauty industry CEO and advisor, her search to “have it all” led her to 14 years studying, practicing and now teaching intimacy and pleasure.  Using her own marriage and career as a laboratory, Ali dedicated herself to the art and practice of hot monogamy and expansive erotic expression, training and assisting with world leading spiritual intimacy and relationship teachers including David Deida, Michaela Boehm and John Wineland.  She now co-teaches sacred intimacy with John Wineland and assists David Deida with courses and retreats worldwide.  Ali is also a long time sensual dance student and licensed S Factor® teacher, trained by Sheila Kelley.  She lives a healthy happy passionate life in Boulder CO with her amazing husband of 14 years, and her gentle delicious practice has been featured in retreats and courses worldwide.  Ali creates a safe inviting space for you to reclaim your body for your own pleasure, express your emotional truth,  and discover and reveal your most beautiful, alive self, alone or with a partner.
