    Tim Hilker is the Assistant Superintendent for Business in the Saratoga Springs City School District. Hilker is on the Board of Directors for the New York State Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) and is also the president of the Capital Region ASBO Chapter. Hilker was just honored in 2019 with the New York State Volunteer Service Award for his work as a School Business Leader. Dr. Joseph Greco is the Director of Budget and Program Integration at the Saratoga Springs City School District in upstate New York. Prior to joining the business office, Dr. Greco had worked 20 years in curriculum and instruction serving in such roles as high school science teacher, department head, high school and middle school administrators, and most recently as K-12 S.T.E.M. Curriculum Director. Dr. Greco has a Ph.D. Educational Administration and Policy Studies from the University at Albany.
