    In my episode, I mentioned that the tone for the heart chakra is LAM. As I did more Google searching, I could be wrong, but I’m okay with that. Whether it’s LAM or YAM, the toning experience still increases vibration and raises your frequency. Here’s a recording that includes 7 tones for the chakras.
