  • A podcast devoted to mental health awareness. Ellie will chat with different people (public figures, activists, scholars, etc.) about mental health and how they best manage. The point is to help end the stigma and create a safe haven for people to ask questions and find resources for mental health. The goal is to show we are all much more alike than we are different.
