  • In June 1978, Bob Crane, the star of the sixties sitcom Hogan's Heroes but now reduced to playing on the dinner-theater circuit, was found bludgeoned to death in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he was appearing in a run of Beginner's Luck.


    Bob was found by a co-star who had reportedly organised a lunch date with him, after discovering his lifeless body she runs out of the apartment for for help and so began a thirty year search for answers.
