A Film That Would Have a Fun LEGO Game (Pleasantville/Upgrade)

  • Summary

  • When the OG Lego Star Wars dropped in 2005, everything changed for young Jake & Mitch. Now, an entire video game franchise later, the two break down a pair of movies that deserve the Lego game treatment. Are the results a vain attempt to relive the ecstasy of hearing Yoda’s AAUUGGHH death cry for the first time, or are they onto something FromSoftware & the Elden Ring team should be worried about? Let us know!

Jake selected Upgrade (2018, dir. Leigh Whannell)

Mitch selected Pleasantville (1998, dir. Gary Ross)

As always, it is not necessary to have seen either of these films prior to listening – but watching along with us could make it more fun! We try our best to avoid spoilers.
