  • Morton Patterson is the founder of Morton Patterson Consulting (MPC). He has over 25 years of experience as an international consultant, coach and professional speaker.

    Morton is a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Executive Coach and an NLP Practitioner - both internationally renowned coaching accreditations. Before starting MPC, his corporate experience included working as an IT consultant for Ernst & Young. His clients include East London Business Place, (ELBP) Canary Wharf Group, Dalgetty Teas and Samuel Estates. Morton created the successful Know Your Value and Charge Your Worth 2-day Business Development program, which to date has helped hundreds of businesses to increase their revenue by more the 50%; improve their confidence and sell on value and not price. 


    He sings recreationally and loves listening to Soul and Jazz music. He is an avid reader and writer and publishes a popular weekly blog - Morton Patterson Business of Value Memo where he writes about all things value. He is also a contributing author in the book Translating Coaching Codes of Practice and blogger for "The Good Coach," an independent platform for coaching practitioners. He has delivered seminars in the UK and abroad on Business growth, Knowing Your Value and Charging Your Worth.
