    Most teams have a leader who has an influence on our work.  Not the team leader but someone higher up in the organisation who doesn’t sit in the team, but is responsible for supporting it, for example approving budget, giving us advice or representing us at board level.  If your team is not properly supported by this leader your work could be wasted.
