#9 Eoin Sheehan - Starting a business at 18 & Chasing dreams fearlessly

  • Summary

  • Hey Everyone :)

For this weeks podcast I have Eoin Sheehan in the hot seat. I've known Eoin for years and have loved watching his entrepreneur journey from the beginning.

Eoin started off as a lad who had plans to play rugby professionally but life took him down another road when he began to lose weight (he was 100kg!) and he found himself hating his college course. He began body building as a sport when people didn't really know what it was yet in Ireland. His obsession with food and fitness found him accidentally starting a meal prep company and the rest is history. Now Eoin is on national television every month on the 6'oclock show cooking for celebrities as one of their resident chefs, has a thriving meal prep business, has e-books and runs tons of cooking events.

A young Fella chasing his dreams all sounds amazing but the reality of Eoins journey has also come with massive sacrifices, hard work and emotional breakdowns. Eoin gets very honest and raw about what the life of a young Entrepreneur actually looks like and gives some great advice!

It was a pleasure having Eoin on and I think there is allot to be learned from listening!
