Liz has her roots in America and Mexico, and lived in Germany for many years. During her youth she had quite a difficult time due to the trauma that lived in her family. “When life feels terrible, in a way this experience is a ‘gift’, because these moments force you to meet yourself.”
By choosing for herself she created a better life for herself. She now is mother of three beautiful boys, and she offers relationship therapy and inner-child work.
She calls herself the ‘Love Translator’, and that is exactly what she started to translate after she flew over Ibiza once, on her way to another destination. “I felt like the island invited me, and now I came to live here, I’ve met the love of my life!”

In this podcast Victor vulnerably shares his story of how he went from this ‘party life’ into a conscious, connected way of hosting events by creating a new community called ‘Soulna’. A place to nourish the immune system and connect with others trough the outdoor sauna, ice-baths, campfire, music and sound-baths.
