  • If you have ever been in any kind of chaotic relationship, you will know that it is very easy to follow the same pattern into subsequent relationships. Chaos can feel safe to the nervous system because it is familiar, even if it’s to the detriment of your well being. A very common complaint is looking for trouble because calm and happy love can feel so unsettling when you’re used to drama! You understand how to exist in drama. You don’t know how to exist in peace.

    This week I’m talking to Amber about how exactly you stop this cycle and how to be in a healthy relationship - we both have experience of both drama in relationship AND a lot of healing work to break the cycle. But it doesn’t mean that it’s easy.
